How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance. Popular dates, holidays, graduation season, and weekends may book much earlier.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

What areas do you serve?

Air & Ivy proudly serves Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area. Delivery fees may apply based on location.

How long do balloons last?

Most indoor balloon installations last several days to several weeks depending on environmental conditions. Outdoor installations have a shorter lifespan and are more susceptible to weather.

Can balloons be used outdoors?

Yes! However, sun, heat, wind, rain, and temperature changes can affect balloon appearance and longevity. We cannot guarantee outdoor installations once setup is complete.

Do you offer custom colors and themes?

Absolutely! Every event is customized to match your vision, theme, and color palette.

Do you provide backdrops, florals, and marquee numbers?

Yes. We offer a variety of décor enhancements including backdrops, florals, greenery, marquee numbers, and custom styling elements.

What happens if I need to change my event date?

Date changes are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests made at least 14 days before the event.

Do you set up and remove the décor?

We offer both installation and teardown services. Pickup fees may apply for rental items.

Policies

Booking & Payment Policy

A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Dates are not held without payment.

Final balances are due 7 days prior to the event date.

Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellation Policy

The retainer is non-refundable.

If a client cancels an event, payments already made may not be refunded due to materials, labor, and scheduling commitments.

Weather Policy

Outdoor installations are created at the client's request and risk.

Air & Ivy is not responsible for balloon damage caused by:

  • Wind

  • Rain

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Direct sunlight

  • Weather-related venue restrictions

Rental Item Policy

Rental items remain the property of Air & Ivy Event Decor.

Clients are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental items.

Rental items must remain at the event location unless otherwise agreed.

Setup & Access Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the venue at the agreed-upon installation time.

Delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access may result in additional fees.

Photography Policy

Air & Ivy Event Decor reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use images for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.

Balloon Care Policy

To maximize balloon longevity:

  • Avoid direct sunlight

  • Keep away from sharp objects

  • Keep away from pets

  • Avoid extreme heat or cold

Natural balloon oxidation may occur and is not considered a defect.
